Interessante USD Bewegung
Sorry, bin zu faul das nochmal in deutsch zu tippen. 
Just my 2 cents:
Friday might have been an important top for the USD, because it was the first time since Sept. 08 that the USD sold off with the stock market, precisely at NYSE opening. This could point to de-leveraging / margin calls are coming to an end. However the TED Spread was up 3 % ! So may be the save haven perception is changing. This could be important for stock markets since I am convinced the worlds stock markets will only recover if the USD moves in the correct direction, down i.e..

habe diese beobachtung ebenfalls gemacht, bin aber noch vorsichtig mit der interpretation.
der dollar einbruch kam mit der aussage Doods, dass es doch zu (vorübergehenden) verstaatlichungen kommen könnte.
die folgende dollar reaktion macht absoluten sinn.
seit gestern ist aber wieder alles im gewohnten takt: aktien down – dollar up.
nachtrag: seit heute ist klar: die neue dollarschwäche kommt über den (schwachen) yen.
könnte man durchaus dahingehend interpretieren, dass deleveraging vorerst zu einem ende kommt.
hatte Dodd diese Aussage genau zur Markteröffnung gemacht oder kam sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt über die PAs? Gold hüpfte Freitag ja schon so gegen 8:00 GMT aber das ist an einem Freitag nicht so aussergewöhnlich.
